At Pottering Around Los Angeles, every kit is packed by hand with care. We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, we're here to help. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

To start a return, please email us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Yes. The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Opened or used plaster painting kits
Opened paint, brushes, or craft supplies
Personalized or custom-made items
Clearance, sale, or promotional items marked Final Sale
Gift cards

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll happily work with you to replace the item or provide another appropriate solution.

During busy periods, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
